Assessment Day Overview

Assessment days are organised by employers as part of the recruitment process.

1. Introduction and Briefing

Candidates are welcomed and given an overview of the day's schedule, objectives, and expectations.

2. Group Exercises

These activities assess teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Candidates will be required to complete various assessments throughout the day including , Driving, ILS/BLS and Moving and handling ect.
