Non-emergency Patient Transport
We assist NHS organisations, private healthcare providers, and other public sector organisations with their transport needs. We can deliver this on a contractual or ad-hoc basis.
Our PTS staff undergo training in line with the NHS Core Skills Training Framework in order to provide an essential service for people with a medical need. Staff are also trained with specialist knowledge of comprehensive first aid, Medical Gases, Defibrillator, Paediatric Immediate Life Support, driving skills, and patient moving and handling techniques.
Our Bariatric Service is designed to provide a safe and dignified transport solution to those whose weight, or condition requires specialist transport. We provide a fully equipped specialist ambulance, staffed by experienced personnel that are familiar with conveying bariatric patients with special regard to their dignity and respect.
The Elite EMS bariatric service incorporates a specialist support unit that contains cutting edge lifting and handling equipment designed to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.

We understand the unique requirements needed to transport psychiatric patients, whether it be to or from home, hospital, court, or prison and we can be available 24 hours a day.
We have trained staff to confidently manage safe and secure patient transport across the country and we have invested in specially converted vehicles to allow for comfortable and secure transfers ensuring they are covert and have category A cells installed should they be required.
Mental Health Transport
We offer repatriation services that provide transport to patients who become ill whilst on holiday. With bases in the Midlands and the South we are within easy reach of the UK’s key airports such as Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham, East Midlands and Manchester.
Additionally, we can arrange repatriation of family or loved ones with a worldwide network of aeromedical services at our disposal, enabling us to repatriate patients by air back to the UK. If the patient’s condition is stable, then we can also arrange transportation by road (only in Europe) back to the UK.
