Supervise employees to enhance business growth and performance, support frontline teams and internal staff, and fulfill NHS Trust contracts. Aid in hiring decisions, evaluate and schedule work, resolve conflicts, and identify training needs. Conduct mandatory audits, support staff welfare, and assist the Regional Operations Manager with tasks. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure all deadlines are met.

You are responsible for preparing ambulances for operational duty to an agreed quality standard for the benefit of our patients and staff. This will include cleaning, decontaminating, stocking, performing safety and functional checks of on-board equipment (both medical and non-medical), and conducting vehicle roadworthiness checks.
